由河南省地震局“地震志”编辑室和山东省地震局“地震志”办公室联合发起,于1985年4月23日至25日在河南省郑州召开了“地震志”编纂工作座谈会。湖北、安徽、陕西、河北、新疆、山东、河南等七个省、区地震局和国家地震局科技情报中心等单位的有关人员参加了会议。国家地震局顾问袁维丹、河南省“地方志”编纂委员会主任鲁德政出席会议进行指导。会议首先就编纂“地方志”的意义进行了学习和讨论,交流了工作情况,介绍了经验,具体讨论了“地震志”的篇目设置及其内容。
It was jointly sponsored by Seismological Records editorial office of Henan Seismological Bureau and Seismological Records office of Seismological Bureau of Shandong Province and held a symposium on the compilation work of Seismological Records in Zhengzhou, Henan Province from April 23 to 25, 1985. Seismological Bureau of Hubei Province, Shaanxi Province, Hebei Province, Xinjiang Province, Shandong Province and Henan Province, Seismological Bureau and the State Seismological Bureau, Science and Technology Information Center and other units attended the meeting. Yuan Weidan, consultant of the State Seismological Bureau, and Lu Dezheng, director of the compilation committee of “local history” of Henan Province, attended the meeting to give guidance. The conference firstly studied and discussed the significance of compiling “Local History”, exchanged the work situation, introduced the experience, and discussed in detail the content and setting of the chapter of “Earthquake Journal.”
