城建档案收集工作,既要接收建委系统所属单位形成的城建档案,又要接收整个城市政治、经济、军事、科学、教育、文化、卫生等各行各业产生的重要的城建档案。改革开放前,城建档案部门收集城建档案资料,主要靠行政命令,进行无偿的征收。随着我国城市经济体制改革的不断深入和我国社会主义市场经济体制的确立,特别是某些档案信息作为商品进入市场之后,城建档案的收集工作出现了不少新情况、新问题。怎样做好新形势下城建档案工作的收集工作,笔者结合实际谈点体会。
