阻塞性黄疸患者围手术期易感性明显高于非黄疸者,其发病原因尚不完全清楚。本文研究了阻塞性黄疽大鼠脾脏淋巴细胞白细胞介素2生成能力及抑制性T淋巴细胞功能的变化;同时观察了精氨酸对阻塞性黄疽大鼠免疫功能的影响。结果显示:胆管结扎大鼠脾脏淋巴细胞白细胞介素2生成能力明显下降,抑制性T淋白细胞活性明显增强;应用精氨酸治疗的阻塞性黄疽大鼠牌脏淋巴细胞白细胞介素2生成能力较单纯胆管结扎大鼠明显增强;抑制性T淋巴细胞活住明显下降。阻塞性黄疽宿主免疫功能异常可能是其围手术期易感性增高的原因之一,精氨酸能够明显改善阻塞性黄疽大鼠的免疫功能,有可能成为临床上改善阻塞性黄疽病人免疫功能、降低感染易感性有价值的药物之一。
Perioperative susceptibility of obstructive jaundice patients was significantly higher than non-jaundice, the etiology of the disease is not yet fully understood. In this paper, the changes of spleen lymphocyte interleukin-2 production and inhibitory T lymphocyte function in obstructive jaundice rats were studied.
