普华永道7月初发表报告指,今年上半年香港共有23只新股上市。上半年新股宗数虽按年减少31%,但集资额395亿元按年升约三成(28%),位列全球第四。整体来看,上市企业以零售、消费品及服务为主,两大类企业已占新股的64%,此外工业占18%、能源及矿产相关企业占12%。
PricewaterhouseCoopers released a report in early July that in the first half of this year, a total of 23 new shares were listed in Hong Kong. Although the number of new shares in the first half of the year decreased by 31% year-on-year, fund-raising amounted to 39.5 billion yuan, up about 30% (28%) year-on-year and ranking the fourth in the world. Overall, the listed companies are dominated by retail, consumer products and services. Two major categories of enterprises account for 64% of new shares. In addition, industries account for 18% and energy and mineral-related enterprises account for 12%.
