信息通信产业在我国经过30多年的高速发展之后,已经从相对独立的ICT产业逐步成为推动我国经济转型、提升传统产业升级、加快智慧型城市化进程以及社会变迁的创新基石和催化剂。盘点2013年,信息通信产业发展总体势头良好,整个行业营收实现较快增长,最值得关注的就是“信息消费”、“国家宽带”等正式确定为国家战略以及4G牌照在年底正式发布,开启了我国信息通信产业发展的新篇章。从2013年信息通信产业的整体发展情况来看,主要有三个特点。
