课堂教学高效性是指在常态的课堂教学活动中,通过教师的引领和全体学生主动而积极的思维过程,在单位时间内高效率、高质量地完成教学任务、促进学生获得高效发展。几年来,我一直在探索如何提高课堂效率这个问题,也有了一些自己的思考。一、教师要做好充分的准备所有的教学都要有预设的环节,就是我们通常所说的备课。备课既要备教材,又要备学生。这里大部分老师都能做到精心地备教材,但往往忽略了备学生。而这却又是非常重要的。我们所做的预设应该考虑到本班学生的实际情况,要反复思考他们能否接受我们所做的预设。由于教学是一个动态生成的过程,在这个过程中,许多意想不到的情况随时可能发生,也会影响我们的课堂。这就需要老师在备课时,对自己预设的问题要做到换位思考,即我们的学生面对这个问题会怎样回答,也可以在课前做一些学情调查,虽然不可能做到天衣无缝,但起码能避免遇到突发事件时显得手足无措,节省课堂中的宝贵时间。另外也要处理好课堂中出现的突发事件,这需要教师在教学实践中去积淀。我在教学《正负数》时,课堂中出现了这样的情况。有一个环节是让学生听录音学习资料袋中的知识,可设备出现了问题,放不出声音,当时我很着急,但也不知该怎样处理,只有在那等着设备恢复正常。此时如果我放弃等待,而是让学生自读就会很灵活地处理好这个问题,也会节省很多时间。有了这样的经历后,课前我尽量对课堂中能够出
