本项目位于海南省陵水县以南,清水湾东端,是绿城·清水湾一期工程中高层海景公寓的第一个组团。总用地面积约为6hm2,项目总建筑面积94 199m2,其中地上部分建筑面积67 527m2。地上建筑主体12层,建筑高度为38m,除首层部分架空作为大堂和全日餐厅外,其它均为度假公寓;地下室主体1层,局部2层,除大部分作为车库和部分厨房、设备间功能外,地下室南侧朝下沉庭院敞开,设有具备一个室内网球场、一个室内篮球场及器材健身设施的大型健身娱乐区。
