目的：研究重型β地中海贫血（β-TM）患儿血清铁蛋白（SF）与其左室射血分数(LVEF)的相关性。方法对珠海市妇幼保健院36例SF大于1000ng/mL的β-TM患儿进行SF与其LVEF检测，研究两者相关性。结果重型地中海贫血患儿与其LVEF无相关性。结论β-TM患儿，SF对预测心功能意义不大。“,”Objective Research the correlation of serun ferritin(SF) and left vetricular ejection fraction(LVEF) onβ-Thalassemia major(β-TM)patients.
