目的：了解米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效。方法回顾分析我院自2006年3月~2008年3月42例子宫肌瘤患者使用米非司酮12.5mg/日顿服。结果口服后子宫肌瘤消失占35.71%，明显缩小占38.09%，无效26.19%。结论米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤的疗效较为满意，不同种类及体积的肌瘤对米非司酮的敏感度不同。“,”Objective To learn the clinical effect of myoma of uterus therapy with mifepristone. Methods 42 cases were of myoma uterus sufferers are analyzed after oraling mifepristone 12.5mg every day once. [Result]35.71% sufferers myoma of uterus disappear, 38.09% myoma of uterus diminish and 26.19% are noneffective. Conclusion The effect of mifepristone to cure myoma of uterus uterus is perfect, different kind and bulk myoma`s sensitivity is different after used mifepristone.
