党中央提出了构建社会主义和谐社会的目标。作为油田改制企业,同样承担着重要的责任和艰巨的任务。企业只有不断提高职工队伍管理水平,才能满足企业发展的要求。如何做好职工队伍建设工作,使广大职工群众真心实意地拥护和支持企业改制,一心一意与企业同呼吸,共命运,成为企业改革与发展的推动力量,是确保企业改制成功的关键因素,不可忽视。为此,笔者就如何提高职工队伍管理水平,提出以下几点思考。
