以“光辉”海棠和“红肉”苹果当年生枝条为接穗,以山杏、李、山定子一年生播种苗为砧木,采用“T”形芽接及嵌芽接方法,研究了芽接时间选择、接穗部位选取、砧木选择对“光辉”海棠与“红肉”苹果芽接成活率的影响,以使“光辉”海棠与“红肉”苹果芽接成活率达到最高。结果表明:芽接时间以8月中旬至9月上旬为宜;接穗宜选当年生枝条中部枝段成活率高;砧木选取一年生播种山定子幼苗,粗度在1~2cm为宜;芽接方法以“T”形芽接为主,成活率较高,若错过最佳芽接时间,可采用嵌芽接法。
