研究煤屑瓦斯扩散规律的理论依据是Fick扩散定律。本文借助热传导方程的解法,求得煤屑瓦斯扩散方程的理论解。理论计算值和阳泉一矿煤样瓦斯放散量测定结果的比较表明:扩散模型和煤屑瓦斯涌出规律符合得较好。基于对扩散模型进行的分析,提出了近似公式。实验还表明:扩散参数B值随粒度的减小有增大的趋势,用平均粒度代替d计算出的扩散系数D随粒度的减小而减小。突出危险和非突出危险煤的一个重要的差别在于瓦斯放散初速度的不同,研究煤屑瓦斯扩散规律对突出预测和按解吸法测定煤的瓦斯含量有现实意义。
The theoretical basis for studying the law of coal gas diffusion is Fick diffusion law. In this paper, by means of the solution of heat conduction equation, the theoretical solution of coal gas diffusion equation is obtained. The comparison between the calculated results and the measured results of coal gas emission in Yangquan No.1 coal mine shows that the diffusion model is in good agreement with the gas emission law of coal dust. Based on the analysis of the diffusion model, an approximate formula is proposed. Experiments also show that the diffusion coefficient B tends to increase with the decrease of particle size. The diffusion coefficient D calculated by the average particle size instead of d decreases with the decrease of particle size. An important difference between prominence and non-prominence coal lies in the difference of initial velocity of gas release. Studying the rule of coal gas diffusion is of great significance to the prediction of salinity and the determination of coal gas content by desorption method.
