入党积极分子培训结业后,如何把党校培训与支部培养过程有效对接,加强入党积极分子的后续教育,强化党性修养,成为高职院校学生党员发展工作中一个新课题。本文针对高职院校大学生党员发展工作中党校培训与支部培养衔接的几个问题进行了有益探讨,提出了入党积极分子的后续教育中的成长计划、党性锻炼、支部培养的基本实现途径。
After the completion of the training for activists in the party, how to effectively connect the party school training with the branch training process, strengthen the follow-up education of activists joining the party, and strengthen the party’s self-cultivation, become a new task in the development of student party members in higher vocational colleges. In this paper, some problems about the connection between Party training and branch training in the development of college student party members in higher vocational colleges are probed into. Several suggestions are put forward, such as the plan of growth, the training of Party spirit and the cultivation of branch in the follow-up education of Party activists.
