量子计算机是一类遵循量子力学规律进行高速数学和逻辑运算、存储及处理量子信息的物理装置。当某个装置处理和计算的是量子信息,运行的是量子算法时,它就是量子计算机。传统计算机遵循着众所周知的经典物理规律,而量子计算机则是遵循着独一无二的量子动力学规律(特别是量子干涉)来实现一种信息处理的新模式。量子计算机的概念源于对可逆计算机的研究。研究可逆计算机的目的是为了解决计算机中的能耗问题。
Quantum computers are a class of physics devices that follow the laws of quantum mechanics for high-speed math and logic operations, store and process quantum information. When a device processes and calculates quantum information and runs a quantum algorithm, it is a quantum computer. Traditional computers follow the well-known laws of classical physics, and quantum computers follow a unique quantum dynamics law (especially quantum interference) to achieve a new model of information processing. The concept of quantum computer stems from the research of reversible computer. The purpose of studying reversible computers is to solve the problem of energy consumption in computers.
