受省人民政府、省农业厅的选派,我省首届农业智力援藏组一行16人于今年四月到达西藏自治区林芝地区,对口援助该区农牧业生产。笔者基于专业兴趣和工作需要,随援藏组对世界上海拔最高的专业茶场一西藏林芝地区易贡茶场进行了为期近两个月的考察学习,特将考察情况汇报如后。一
