本文针对造气炉内高温测量,研究了一种光纤测温装置.以普朗克辐射定理为理论基础,用光纤耦合并传输信号,使探头和光电转换装置分离,依据比色测温的原理,对单通道信号传输及光电变换的方法进行了研究.借助单片微机,用软、硬件结合的数字化处理方法对温度进行修正.信号处理系统具有多种功能,使装置实现了智能化.
In this paper, a kind of optical fiber temperature measurement device is researched, which is based on Planck’s radiation theorem, which couples and transmits signals with optical fiber to separate the probe and photoelectric conversion device.
