搞好公安工作,要以“三基”工程建设为抓手,在积极推进各项工作的同时,切实做到“四个注意,四个防止”:注意因地制宜,防止追求形式主义、花架子;注意工作方式方法,防止搞强迫命令和一刀切;注意整合现有资源,防止贪大求洋,造成新的浪费;注意创新思路,防止不思进取,畏难不前。此外,还要切实做到“五个坚持,五个打造”:坚持政治建警,打造忠诚公安;坚持依法治警,打造法治公安;坚持科技强警,打造效率公安;坚持政策励警,打造活力公安;坚持从优待警,打造奉献公安。
