目的 :帮助年轻母亲掌握育儿知识 ,培养她们护理婴幼儿技巧。方法 :于 2 0 0 0年 5月～ 2 0 0 2年 8月对在计免门诊家长咨询的问题进行综合归纳 ,开展小型讲座。结果 :通过培训前和培训后问卷调查 ,接受培训者对婴幼儿护理知识由培训前 5 5 %提高到 88.9% ,防病知识由 5 7%提高到 88.9% ,早期智力开发由 5 3 .3 %提高到 83 .6%。结论 :医务人员为家长提供准确育儿保健知识 ,提高母亲育儿知识 ,将对小儿日后的发展起到至关重要的作用
Purpose: To help young mothers learn about childcare and develop their skills in nursing infants and young children. Methods: From May 2000 to August 2002, we summarized the counseling problems in outpatient clinics and conducted small lectures. Results: Through pre-training and post-training questionnaires, the trainees’ knowledge of infant care increased from 55% to 88.9% before training, disease prevention knowledge increased from 57% to 88.9%, and early intelligence development from 53.3 % To 83.6%. Conclusion: Medical staff to provide parents accurate parenting health knowledge, raising mothers’ child-rearing knowledge, will play a crucial role in the future development of children
