本文以直射式激光三角洲头为例,导出了满足Scheimpflag成象条件下的待测面位移与象位移间的准确关系,作为仪器结构参数设计的基础。并对提高测量精度和实用性的各项改进设计进行了分析。
In this paper, taking the direct laser head as an example, the exact relationship between the displacements and the displacements under the Scheimpflag imaging conditions is derived, which is the basis of the structural parameter design of the instrument. The improved designs that improve measurement accuracy and usefulness are analyzed.
