[目的]探讨有效解决网络服务问题的方法及适用于中国疾控中心的网络运维管理模式。[方法]应用ITIL(Information Technology Infrastructure Library,信息技术基础架构库)方法论服务支持理念。[结果]规划中国疾控中心网络运维管理系统架构,建立适宜的运维管理工作模式。[结论]基于ITIL方法论建立的中国疾控中心网络运维管理系统,能有效提升网络运维管理层次,可为其他疾控中心的网络运维管理工作提供参考。
[Objective] To explore ways to effectively solve the problem of network service and the network operation and maintenance management mode applicable to China’s CDC. [Method] Apply ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) Methodology Service Support Concept. [Results] Plan the network operation and maintenance management system architecture of CDC in China, and establish an appropriate mode of operation and maintenance management. [Conclusion] The network operation and maintenance management system of China CDC established based on ITIL methodology can effectively improve the management level of network operation and maintenance, and provide a reference for the network operation and maintenance management of other CDC.
