为探讨癌基因c-myc、bcl-2蛋白产物在上颌窦癌中的表达及其临床意义,采用免疫组织化学方法,对46例上颌窦癌及56例正常鼻粘膜组织中癌基因c-myc、bcl-2蛋白产物进行了检测。结果表明,正常鼻粘膜鳞状上皮细胞中c-myc、bcl-2蛋白阳性率为0;上颌窦癌细胞中分别为73.9%(34/46),60.9%(28/46);复发组c-myc蛋白阳性率(91.7%,11/12),显著高于未复发组(67.7%,23/34),P<0.01;复发组bcl-2蛋白阳性率(50%,6/12),显著低于未复发组(64.7%,22/34),P<0.05。c-myc蛋白Ⅳ期阳性率显著高于Ⅱ期(P<0.05),bcl-2蛋白Ⅱ期阳性率显著高于Ⅳ期(P<0.05)。bcl-2癌蛋白的阳性率与原发癌病理分级成反比。结论:c-myc、bcl-2基因参与了上颌窦的癌变及发展过程,对判断病情及预测复发有一定意义。
To investigate the expression of oncogene c-myc and bcl-2 protein in maxillary sinus cancer and its clinical significance, immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of oncogene c-myc in 46 cases of maxillary sinus cancer and 56 cases of normal nasal mucosa , Bcl-2 protein product was tested. The results showed that the positive rate of c-myc and bcl-2 protein in normal nasal squamous cell was 0, and the rate was 73.9% (34/46) and 60.9% (28/46) respectively in maxillary sinus cancer cells. The recurrence group c (91.7%, 11/12) in the recurrence group were significantly higher than those in the non-recurrence group (67.7%, 23/34), P <0.01; The positive rates of bcl-2 protein in the recurrence group were 50%, 6/12, Significantly lower than the non-recurrence group (64.7%, 22/34), P <0.05. The positive rate of c-myc protein in stage Ⅳ was significantly higher than that in stage Ⅱ (P <0.05). The positive rate of bcl-2 protein in stage Ⅱ was significantly higher than that in stage Ⅳ (P <0.05). The positive rate of bcl-2 oncoprotein is inversely proportional to the primary cancer pathological grade. Conclusion: The c-myc and bcl-2 genes are involved in carcinogenesis and progression of the maxillary sinus, which is of great significance in judging the condition and predicting recurrence.
