目的 :探讨抗细胞凋亡基因 (bcl- 2 )蛋白在各级前列腺上皮内肿瘤 (PIN)与前列腺癌 (Pca)中的表达水平。方法 :对 4 30例前列腺疾病病理标本作HE染色 ,进行病理分类和分级 ,并通过免疫组化 (LSAB法 ) ,对其中 2 75例无PIN的良性前列腺增生 (BPH)、14 8例PIN(此中包括Pca中的 11例有PIN)和 18例Pca作bcl- 2蛋白检测。结果 :bcl - 2蛋白阳性表达率在PIN与Pca间、高级PIN与低级PIN间、高分化Pca与中—低分化Pca间有显著性差异 (P <0 0 1)。无PIN的BPH与低级PIN间、高级PIN与高分化Pca间无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :bcl- 2蛋白阳性在PIN、特别是高级PIN及Pca的异常表达 ,揭示了PIN及Pca发生发展过程
Objective: To investigate the expression of bcl-2 protein in prostate cancer (PIN) and prostate cancer (Pca) at all levels. Methods: The pathological specimens of 430 prostatic diseases were stained with HE and classified by pathology. Immunohistochemistry (LSAB) was used to detect the pathological changes of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) and PIN This included 11 cases of Pca with PIN) and 18 cases of Pca as bcl-2 protein. Results: The positive rates of bcl - 2 protein between PIN and Pca, between high - grade PIN and low - grade PIN, between highly differentiated Pca and moderately - poorly differentiated Pca were significantly different (P <0.01). There was no significant difference between high-grade PIN and well-differentiated Pca between PINH without PIN and low-grade PIN (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The abnormal expression of bcl-2 protein in PIN, especially in high-grade PIN and Pca, revealed the development of PIN and Pca
