我国食用菌资源非常丰富,据中国科学院微生物所及各省最近的调查报道,已达630多种。其中已进行人工栽培的及正在驯化的种类却只有50种左右,绝大多数仍处于野生状态。如果在农闲时组织村民采集,不但可以满足城乡人民生活的需要,而且还可出口创汇。那么,哪些野生食用菌可供出口呢?由于各国的消费习惯不同,喜爱的食用菌种类也不同。最近欧洲一家经营食用菌的公司——西德的IRO industrie-Rohstoff Ges.M.b.H,经理Helmut Lingens 委托我国组织收购、加工和出口野生食用菌业务。现将客商所需要的种类、数量、价格、加工方法和商检标准介绍如下。
Edible mushroom resources in our country are very rich. According to the recent investigation report by Institute of Microbiology and Chinese Academy of Sciences, it has reached more than 630 species. Among them, only about 50 kinds of cultivated and domesticated species have been cultivated and the vast majority are still in the wild. If the villagers are collected during slack season, they can not only meet the needs of urban and rural people’s livelihood, but also export foreign exchange. So, what kinds of wild edible mushrooms can be exported? Because of the different spending habits in different countries, the types of edible mushrooms are also different. Recently Helmut Lingens, manager of IRO industrie-Rohstoff Ges.M.b.H, a German company that operates edible fungi in West Germany, commissioned our country to organize the acquisition, processing and export of wild mushrooms. Now merchants need the type, quantity, price, processing methods and commodity inspection standards are described below.
