桐油是由油桐树(亦称罂子桐,学名:Aleurites fordii)果实中提炼的一种干性油。我国桐油含有甘油脂酸酯,是由饱和脂酸4%、油酸5%、亚麻油酸1%及桐油90%组成。桐油为含有三个双键的不饱和脂酸(C_(17)H_(31)COOH),容易吸收氧气,发生聚合作用干固。其毒性较大,误食少量桐油时,即可引起急性胃肠炎的中毒症状。桐油是我国南方各省盛产的工业用油,如管理不当,极易发生误食中毒事故。我市某单位曾因误食纯桐油发生一起398例急性中毒事故,经积极抢救,未造成死亡。鉴于以
