应激,是指在出乎意料的紧迫与危险情况下引起的快速且高度紧张的情绪状态。工作应激是由工作条件和员工的性格特点相互影响的,它会改变员工正常的心理或生理功能。适当的工作应激环境有助于提高工作效率,但过高的工作应激环境会损害员工身心健康。研究发现,个体在高应激状态下如果缺乏良好的应对方式,心理损害的危险程度为普通人群危险度的两倍。因此,应对作为应激和健康的中介机制,对保护身心健康起着重要的作用。应对是指个体处于应激环境或遭受应激事件时,为解决或平衡相关的行为问题及情绪问题,采取的种种对付办法和策略的活动。成熟的应对方式有助于员工积极、理性地面对工作应激环境。
Stress refers to the rapid and intense emotional states that arise in unexpectedly urgent and dangerous situations.
