基层社会组织的发展与管理是当前社会工作的一项新任务,也是推动社区建设和农村改革的一个新探索。通过对襄阳市襄州区农村专业经济协会的调研,认真总结农村专业经济协会发展中的特点与问题,以此为出发点来研究全国县域基层社会组织的发展现状,并为未来县域基层社会组织的发展之路总结经验,更好地发挥基层社会组织在社会建设中的积极作用,充分满足社会改革的需求。
