随着我国人口老龄化进程的加速,老年人的养老问题成了全民不可回避的严重问题。文章着重介绍老年人赡养的法律规定,并就赡养双方的对立起因及消除方法对养老问题提出自己的浅薄见解。
With the acceleration of the process of population aging in our country, the issue of pension for the elderly has become a serious and unavoidable problem for all. The article focuses on the legal provisions of the old people’s support and provides their own shallow opinions on the issue of old-age pension on the causes of the opposition between the two parties and their elimination.
