木工设备噪声一般都较高,约在100分贝(A)左右。为了减少噪声对人体的危害,保障职工健康,我们对450型木工平刨车进行了噪声治理。该机传动功率为3EW,刀轴转速2800rpm,刨刀回转直径150mm,刨削最大宽度450mm。刨削时,由于刨刀旋转所产生的高速气流,未能从刨刀口及时地扩散出去,造成了噪声源。用ND2精密声级计测量,在距中心刀轴右侧500mm,高300mm处测量,噪声为90分贝(A),频率在125～1000Hz内。
Woodworking equipment is generally higher noise, about 100 dB (A) or so. In order to reduce the harm of noise to the human body and protect the health of workers, we carried out noise control on the 450 carpenter planer car. The machine transmission power of 3EW, knife shaft speed 2800rpm, planer rotary diameter of 150mm, planing the maximum width of 450mm. Planing, due to the high-speed air flow generated by the planer rotation, failed to timely spread out from the planing cutter, resulting in a noise source. Measured with an ND2 precision sound level meter, measured at a distance of 500 mm from the center of the arbor and a height of 300 mm, the noise was 90 dB (A) and the frequency was within 125 to 1000 Hz.
