电刺激猫颈迷走神经中枢端使肾上腺素(E)释放增加。毒扁豆碱虽增强迷走加压反应,但不影响刺激引起的肾上腺CA释放变化。低频电刺激胫神经抑制去甲肾上腺素(NE)释放,高频则增加E释放。表明迷走神经和躯体神经的传入冲动可选择性刺激或抑制E或NE的释放。
Electrical stimulation of the vagus nerve in the cat’s neck increased release of epinephrine (E). Although physostigmine increased vagal pressure response, but does not affect the stimulation of adrenal CA release changes. Low-frequency electrical stimulation of the tibial nerve inhibits the release of norepinephrine (NE) and increases the release of E at high frequencies. Suggesting that afferent impulses of vagal and somatic nerves can selectively stimulate or inhibit the release of E or NE.
