小儿先天性心脏病手术大多采用胸骨正中切口,由于其特殊性,要求切口愈合良好并最大限度地减少瘢痕。自1998年2月～1998年7月应用WAB生物粘合剂粘合手术切口32例与进口可吸收缝线皮内缝合切口36例进行对比观察发现,粘合切口效果满意,报告如下。 1 资料与方法
