“三个代表”的重要论述既是一个伟大的理论课题,更是一个重大的实践课题。对于我们来说,体现“三个代表”的一个重要方面,就是围绕“不变质”、“打得赢”,大力加强部队和国防后备力量建设,并积极参加和支援西部大开发,为贫困地区经济发展和社会进步作出自己应有的贡献。因此,我们在实践“三个代表”的过程中,注重搞好四个结合。
