10月正是丰收的季节,S/390全国的用户汇集“蓉城”成都,召开一年一度的IBMS/390信息主管论坛。1999年上半年,S/390全球销售额增长了7％,MIPS增长了101％。总结迅速增长的原因,IBM公司S/390大中国区经理何国伟认为主要有以下几个方面的原因促进了S/390的增长:新业务的开发、新产品的推出,此外,不少的大用户由Unix市场流向S/390市场,让S/390市场重现生机。
October is a season of bumper harvest. S/390 users from all over the country gather in “Chengdu Chengdu” to hold the annual IBMS/390 Information Executive Forum. In the first half of 1999, S/390 global sales increased by 7% and MIPS increased by 101%.
