Recently, the “Zheng Guqu Heritage Conservation and Utilization Master Plan”, compiled by Shaanxi Provincial Department of Water Resources, marked the comprehensive acceleration of Zheng Guqu Heritage Conservation work through expert review. At present, Zheng Guqu “World Irrigation Project Heritage ” declaration has been launched. Qin Zhengguo drainage is located in Wangqiao Town, Jingyang County, built in 246 BC, with Dujiangyan in Sichuan Province and Guangxi Lingqu River and is also called the three major water conservancy projects in ancient China. In 1996 Zheng Guqu site was listed as the State Council focus
