区文教助理既要配合中心工作,又要领导小学教育工作,还要兼顾社教、体育、卫生、中苏友协等工作。在这许多工作中怎样把小学教育工作领导好呢?这确实是有困难的。但这个困难是可以克服的。从八位文教助理同志的来稿中,都充满着领导好小学教育工作的信心,并报道了他们怎样改进工作方法的一些体验,现在把这些体验综合介绍在下面:
