目的分析贫血鉴别诊断中采用血液检验的临床效果,为临床提供指导。方法 63例地中海贫血患者作为实验A组,63例缺铁性贫血患者作为实验B组,63例健康体检者作为对照组,三组均实施血液检验,分析比较其检测结果。结果三组红细胞计数(RBC)、平均红细胞容积(MCV)、血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞体积分布宽度(RDW)、平均红细胞血红蛋白量(MCH)检测结果比较差异均有统计学意义[t_((实验A和B组RBC))=34.441,P<0.05;t_((实验A和B组MCV))=7.290,P<0.05;t_((实验A和B组Hb))=10.104,P<0.05;t_((实验A和B组RDW))=14.392,P<0.05;t_((实验A和B组MCH))=6.931,P<0.05;t_((实验A组和对照组RBC))=20.951,P<0.05;t_((实验A组和对照组MCV))=16.869,P<0.05;t_((实验A组和对照组Hb))=13.653,P<0.05;t_((实验A组和对照组RDW))=5.884,P<0.05;t_((实验A组和对照组MCH))=14.815,P<0.05;t_((实验B组和对照组RBC))=5.743,P<0.05;t_((实验B组和对照组MCV))=11.053,P<0.05;t_((实验B组和对照组Hb))=23.343,P<0.05;t_((实验B组和对照组RDW))=18.078,P<0.05;t_((实验B组和对照组MCH))=22.547,P<0.05]。结论贫血鉴别诊断中采用血液检验的临床效果显著,能为临床医师诊断和治疗贫血提供重要的指导意义。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of using blood test in differential diagnosis of anemia and provide guidance for clinical practice. Methods Sixty-three patients with thalassemia were divided into experimental group A, 63 patients with iron-deficiency anemia as experimental group B and 63 healthy subjects as control group. Blood tests were performed in all three groups, and their test results were analyzed and compared. Conclusion The clinical effect of using blood test in differential diagnosis of anemia is significant, which can provide clinicians with important guiding significance in the diagnosis and treatment of anemia.
