南京市的卫生事业,在党和政府的领导和关怀下,改革开放二十年来,获得了较快发展。一、在改革中探索发展之路党的十一届三中全会实行改革开放政策,我市卫生系统抓住这一契机,积极探索,大胆开拓,迎来了历史上发展的最好时期,使卫生事业在改革中不断发展、壮大。回顾二十年走过的历程,大体分为以下四个阶段:
With the leadership and care of the party and government, the health undertakings in Nanjing have enjoyed rapid development over the past 20 years of reform and opening up. I. Exploring the Path of Development in the Reform The Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Party has implemented the policy of reform and opening up. Our city’s health system, taking this opportunity, has actively explored and dared to pioneer and ushered in the best period of development in history. Health care in the reform continue to develop and grow. Recalling the course of two decades, generally divided into the following four stages:
