以科技为先导努力提高城市综合竞争力南京市科技局局长黄敏2005年是十五规划的最后一年,做好2005年的科技工作尤为重要。围绕切实增强南京科技创新能力,我们确立了牢固树立和坚持科学发展观,紧扣“两个率先”目标,大力实施科教兴市战略,切实发挥南京科技资源优势,加快科技创新创业平台建设,加速高新技术产业化和科技成果转化步伐,全面提升企业技术创新能力的工作思路,努力提高科技工作为全市创建“三个文明”协调发展特色区域的服务水平。
