随着我国经济的不断发展,建筑业的地位不断提升,各地都在大力进行建筑工程,同时建筑工程的各项相关工作中,建筑项目施工质量是最为重要的一环,施工质量直接影响着建筑企业的发展、人们的切身利益以及国家社会的经济效益,因此要采取有效的控制与管理措施保证和提高建筑施工质量。基于此,本文分析了影响建筑工程项目施工质量的主要因素,并提出了控制和管理的相关措施。
