目的 :针对胃大部切除术后胃轻瘫发生的原因 ,探讨中西医结合治疗的新方法。 方法 :对 19例胃大部切除术后胃轻瘫 ,用中西医结合的方法进行治疗 ,对其效果进行分析。 结果 :经中西医结合治疗 ,胃轻瘫患者不需手术均基本恢复。治疗时间 7～ 5 9d ,平均 2 4 2d结论 :中西医结合的方法对胃轻瘫治疗有较好的效果
Objective: To investigate the causes of gastroparesis after subtotal gastrectomy and to explore a new method of combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine.
