用FLUENT软件对合理简化后的螺旋盘管式水冷器模型进行壳侧冷却水流动与换热性能的数值模拟研究。通过数值模拟计算,得到在不同盘管结构尺寸下,模型截面的流线分布与温度分布。进一步分析冷却水流动状态与盘管结构尺寸对水侧换热的影响规律。采用DataFit9软件对模拟计算数据进行非线性多元回归,得到螺旋盘管式水冷器壳侧换热准则关系式。提出换热性能最优的螺旋盘管结构。
A FLUENT software was used to simulate the flow and heat transfer performance of the shell-side cooling water under a simplified and simplified spiral-coil water cooler model. Through the numerical simulation, the flow distribution and temperature distribution of the cross section of the model under different coil structure sizes are obtained. Further analysis of cooling water flow and coil structure size on the water side of the heat transfer law. DataFit9 software was used to perform nonlinear multiple regression on simulated data to obtain the shell side heat transfer criterion of spiral coil water cooler. Proposed the best heat transfer performance spiral coil structure.
