基质细胞衍生因子1(stromalcell鄄derivedfactor鄄1,SDF鄄1)及其受体CXCR4广泛表达于多种组织、器官、系统,在人和动物的生理和病理过程中起着重要的作用。弄清SDF鄄1的结构与效应的关系是阐明诸多生理和病理过程分子机制的关键,在此基础上进行药物设计和优化并应用于临床。本文就SDF鄄1的一级结构和高级结构与功能的关系、SDF鄄1与多糖的相互作用、SDF鄄1与CXCR4相互作用机制等方面的最新研究进展作一概述。
Stromal cell derived factor 1 (SDF-1) and its receptor CXCR4 are widely expressed in many tissues, organs and systems and play an important role in the physiological and pathological processes of humans and animals. To clarify the relationship between the structure and effect of SDF-1 is the key to clarify the molecular mechanisms of many physiological and pathological processes, and on the basis of this, drug design and optimization and application in clinical. This review summarizes recent advances in the relationship between the primary structure of SDF-1 and its structure and function, the interaction between SDF-1 and polysaccharides, and the interaction between SDF-1 and CXCR4.
