人工流产是避免失败的补救措施,该项手术好坏直接影响着计划生育工作。多年来,人流都是在无麻醉情况下进行手术的,患者痛苦极大,轻者腹痛,腰痛,重者除上述症状外,大汗淋漓,甚至呈现早期休克状态,尤其是对初孕者更为甚之;自1989年8月以来,我们即对此采取2％利多卡因局部(宫口)麻醉,取得了满意效果。
