目的通过对四川省凉山彝族自治州乡村医生在岗培训现状的调查和分析,找出培训中存在的问题。方法采用自拟问卷对参加2010年10月凉山州卫生学校在岗培训的13个县的300名乡村医生进行现场调查,了解其在岗培训现状。数据录入采用Epidata 3.0软件,统计分析采用SPSS 16.0软件。结果共发放问卷300份,回收有效问卷279份,有效率为93%。调查结果显示:四川省凉山彝族自治州乡村医生学历层次普遍较低,知识技能缺乏,培训费用负担过重,培训内容和乡村医生的实际需求存在一定差距。结论凉山州乡村医生在岗培训应从该州实际出发,充分考虑少数民族地区的特点,提高乡村医生培训的质量,并制定相关扶持政策和实施办法。
Objective To investigate and analyze the current situation of on-the-job training of rural doctors in Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture in Sichuan Province to find the problems in training. Methods A self-made questionnaire was used to conduct on-the-spot investigation on 300 village doctors who participated in the on-the-job training of 13 counties in Liangshan Prefecture Health School in October 2010 to find out the status quo of on-the-job training. Data entry using Epidata 3.0 software, statistical analysis using SPSS 16.0 software. Results A total of 300 questionnaires were distributed and 279 valid questionnaires were returned, with an effective rate of 93%. The survey results show that village doctors in Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture in Sichuan Province generally have lower level of education, lack of knowledge and skills, overburdening of training costs, and there is a certain gap between training content and the actual needs of rural doctors. Conclusion The on-the-job training of rural doctors in Liangshan prefecture should proceed from the reality of the state, give full consideration to the characteristics of ethnic minority areas, improve the quality of rural doctors training, and formulate relevant support policies and implementation measures.
