随着循环流化床锅炉在我国广泛应用并逐渐向大型化发展,金属受热面的磨损问题日益成为造成其运行事故的主要原因之一.该文从磨损机理出发,分析了金属受热面的磨损部位及产生原因,通过对燃料特性、烟气流速、炉内动力场、安装检修等影响磨损的主要因素的分析,提出了循环流化床锅炉金属受热面的防磨措施.以延长金属受热面的使用寿命,减少因磨损带来的锅炉启停次数,从而提高企业的效益.“,”With the wide application and development of circulation fluidized bed boiler(CFBB) in China,the wear of metal heat-absorbing surface becomes one of the main reasons that cause shutdown of the CFBB.The paper analyzes the wear location and cause mechanisms of the metal heat-absorbing surface.By analyzing the main wear factors,such as fuel characteristic,flow rate of flue gas,furnace dynamic field,installation and maintenance,and so on,several wear-resistant measures are proposed to extend the life of the metal heat-absorbing surface and reduce the number of boiler start and stop.These means can improve the economic performance of enterprises.
