There are two different versions of folklore in our country: one is “taking a hundred steps after dinner and living to ninety-nine”; the other one is “wanting to live ninety-nine and do not go after dinner”. Which of these two kinds of argument is right? I believe that after a meal walk and do not go, can not be generalized, should be based on the physical fitness of individuals, to determine the health status. “Hundred paces after a meal” is suitable for less frequent activities, especially for a long time desk workers, and those who are overweight or suffer from excessive gastric acid secretion. These people after dinner, especially after dinner, take a walk for 20 to 30 minutes, help to work and rest, consume too much calories, reduce fat accumulation, can achieve the purpose of weight loss, while avoiding excessive gastric acid secretion.
