目的：研究优质护理服务在儿科护理工作中的临床应用效果。方法选取200例患儿为研究对象，随机分作观察组100例和对照组100例，观察组患儿接受优质护理服务，而对照组患儿接受常规护理服务，比较两组的患者满意度。结果在患者满意度方面，观察组90%优于对照组70%，差异明显有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在儿科护理工作中，应积极尝试优质护理服务的应用，能够显著提高患者满意度，减少不必要的护患纠纷。“,”Objective To study the clinical ef ect of quality care in pediatric nursing work.
