危机往往激发自我反省,甚至会对核心业务的定义和信念都进行根本性的重新“反思”。当高管们怀有这种心态时,更可能尝试突破性的变革毫无疑问,经济创新是宏观经济走出衰退的根本希望,但这并非衰退与创新的唯一关系。正如潘多拉魔盒的最下面是希望,衰退尽管会给人类社会的各方面都带来阴影和悲观,却也往往可以成为促进创新的巨大机遇。经济低迷会对企业带来五个关键性的影响变化:斗志消磨、人才等生产要素市场疲软、员工有更多的空闲时间、资金更紧张、公司政治(内斗)激化。
Crises often inspire self-examination, and even fundamentally re-reflect on the definition and beliefs of core businesses. When executives embrace this mentality, they are more likely to try breakthrough change. Undoubtedly, economic innovation is the fundamental hope for macroeconomic going out of recession, but this is not the only relationship between recession and innovation. Just as the bottom of the Pandora’s box is hope, a recession, despite its shadow and pessimism in all aspects of human society, can often be a great opportunity to promote innovation. The economic downturn will bring about five key changes to the business: sluggish morale, talented people and other factors of production market, employees have more free time, funds more intense, corporate politics (infighting) intensification.
