目的:探讨山东省不同地区家蝇对化学杀虫剂的抗药性现状。方法:采用常规点滴法。结果:不同地区家蝇对拟除虫菊酯类的抗性水平普遍较高;对有机磷类,则用量大、使用频率高的地区抗性水平较高;个别地区对氨基甲酸酯类的抗性发展很快;对停用多年的有机氯类,已恢复到非常敏感的水平。结论:家蝇抗药性水平高低,与化学杀虫剂用量大小和使用频率高低密切相关。
Objective: To investigate the resistance of housefly to chemical insecticides in different areas of Shandong Province. Methods: The conventional drip method. Results: Musca domestica were generally resistant to pyrethroids in different areas. For organophosphorus, the amount of organic phosphorus was high and the resistance to carbamates was high in some areas. Very soon; for many years of deactivation of organic chlorine has been restored to a very sensitive level. Conclusion: Musca domestica resistance level is closely related to the amount of chemical insecticides and the frequency of use.
