我国职业技术学院旅游专业教育起步较晚,其旅游业的迅猛发展对旅游专业人才培养的模式提出挑战。因此,了解旅游教育人才培养模式意义、分析旅游人才培养现状及问题,探讨旅游人才培养模式的教育方式,对新时期适应市场需求、提高就业率、推动旅游业快速发展均有积极而深远的作用。
Tourism Vocational Education in China’s Vocational and Technical College started late, and the rapid development of tourism in tourism professionals challenged the mode of training. Therefore, understanding the significance of tourism education personnel training mode, analyzing the status quo and problems of tourism talent training and exploring the education mode of tourism talent training mode have a positive and far-reaching effect on adapting to the market demand, increasing employment rate and promoting the rapid development of tourism in the new era .
