中职生本来就是一群比较特殊的孩子,我们不能按照平时的教育方法来教育学生。当学校纪律的条条框框对他们没作用的时候,作为班主任就不该把学校的纪律当做令牌来使用。本人在担任多年的旅游专业班主任工作过程中发现班级活动的开展是可以改善旅游专业班级的管理,提高学生的综合素质。本文以中职学校旅游专业学生为分析对象,从开展班级活动的重要性和原则出发,提出一些活动的建议。
Secondary vocational students have always been a group of special children, we can not be in accordance with the usual education to educate students. When the rules of school discipline have no effect on them, the head teacher should not use school discipline as a token. During my many years as a tourism professional teacher, I found that the development of class activities can improve the management of tourism professional classes and improve the overall quality of students. This article takes secondary vocational school tourism major students as the analysis object, and from the importance and principle of carrying out the class activities, puts forward some suggestions for the activities.
